Richard A. Goglia retired at the end of March 2015 as Vice President and Treasurer of Raytheon Company. During his tenure at Raytheon, Mr. Goglia was responsible for issuing corporate debt and equity in capital markets, bank financing, international customer financing, foreign exchange and global cash management and forecasting. Additionally, he was also responsible for Raytheon’s pension and 401(k) investments approximating $31 billion.
Mr. Goglia joined Raytheon in 1997. Previously, he spent 16 years with General Electric and GE Capital and one year with General Signal, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions. While at General Electric, Mr. Goglia held positions in finance and corporate development and strategy. His last assignment was as senior vice president of GE Capital in its Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Goglia earned a BS in economics in 1973 from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School in 1977.
Mr. Goglia formerly served on the board of directors of Triumph Group.
