We would like to draw your attention to a scam that has already succeeded on at least one client of the Groupe BPCE.
The scam is based on the fraudulent use of the Natixis brand name, with a view to obtaining money and/or the recipient's personal details as part of a false Building Society account or a false savings account proposal (the “Livret d'Epargne Natixis”).
As these scams and phishing attempts proposing attractive rates usually work in large numbers, we can expect more attempts in the next few days.
Please stress to all your clients that Natixis IM and its subsidiaries do not offer any building society accounts or any savings accounts and they do not contact individual clients or legal entities of the BPCE central bodies on this subject by email, social networks, electronic trading platforms or by telephone.
