Philippe Faget, with over 16 years of asset management experience, is the Head of Private Assets at VEGA Investment Solutions, where he leads the Multi Private Assets team and focuses on innovative evergreen investment and advisory strategies. He manages multi-asset portfolios, chairs Private Markets Investment Committees, and participates in product development and governance.
Previously, he worked at Natixis CIB on specialised lending and real assets, and at Moody's as a specialist in alternative and private assets. Before that, he worked at Standard & Poor's as an associate director, where he focused on alternative investments and risk management for European institutional investors. Philippe began his asset management career in 2008, gaining experience in valuation, financial engineering, and investment advisory.
Philippe also teaches asset and risk management at the University of Bordeaux and Kedge Business School, and contributes to the finance sector through his work with the AFG and the French Treasury on the “Loi Industrie Verte.” In addition, he plays a dynamic role in media and communication, showcasing his expertise through videos, articles, papers, conferences, and mentoring educational initiatives. He holds multiple Master’s degrees in Economics and Finance and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
