Louise Watson is Country Head for Natixis Investment Managers, Australia and New Zealand. With over 20 years’ experience in investment banking and asset management, she has worked across multiple geographies and asset classes. In her role, Louise drives the strategic goals of Natixis Investment Managers, offering high quality offshore alternative and ESG strategies to Australian investors from Natixis' affiliate network.
Louise is a member of the Association of Superannuation Funds Australia (ASFA) as well as the Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA). She plays an active role in championing women at various stages of their careers in finance through her work with Women in Super, Women in Investments, F3 and the University of New South Wales Alternative Investment Society’s Female Mentoring Program. Outside of these roles, Louise contributes to The Benevolent Society through her role on the Investment Committee and ESG sub-committee as well as being a member of the Advisory Board at Folklore Ventures.
